Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports. Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team. Our group produces production reporting for our Behavioral Solutions and Financial Services business areas. The reporting is done primarily as SSRS reporting, with SSIS packages capturing the data. Much of the Financial Services data is being produced in Tableau. Current platforms include Oracle, Sybase, DB2, and SQL Server. Experience with both SSRS and SSIS is strongly recommended. The subject area of the reporting is claims reporting for a number of groups including Behavioral Health. Knowledge and experience in claims reporting is a strong plus.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
- Previous experience working with SSRS and SSIS
- Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse.
- Previous experience working in an environment with strong development processes.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Crystal Report skills and SQL Server experience.
- Knowledge and experience in claims reporting.
- Previous experience with financial services products
- Experience with Executive Dashboarding
