Person must be able to support staff in a virtual environment
Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of Project Management or Project
Coordination experience. - 2+ years in an Administrative role to include;
travel and meetings management for C level executives. - 3+ years of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word,
Power Point and Outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Medical background.
- Experience supporting a virtual team preferred
- Ability to think independently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
