Bartender - Sundial Beach Resort

Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on tropical Sanibel Island, is seeking experienced bartenders to join our fabulous Food & Beverage team. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and have a positive influence in a team setting. Must have in depth knowledge of wine and cocktails. Candidates must be hardworking, have a strong work-ethic, and be a responsible team player.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Complies with liquor pour standards as set by F&B manager.
• Inform guests of any food and beverage specials.
• Recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and desserts.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and resort functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system.
• Prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times.
• Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Our compensation package includes an $4.91 hourly wage, medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, paid holidays, short term disability, and more!
