Position Objective:

Perform a broad range of day to day administrative and operational duties in support of the business including but not limited to:

- Manage paperwork and approval for customer contracts, partner contracts, vendor contracts and other

- Maintain contact list of customers, vendors, partners, employees, as well as maintain repository of contracts

- Coordinate with Time Warner Cable, NaviSite and AJE India teams for administrative and operational issues

- Manage department calendar, maintain attendance logs, schedule/organize internal and offsite meetings

- Performing a variety of office functions such as ordering supplies/coffee/food and prepare expense reports

- Supporting business President with travel and administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent educational certification is required

- Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative assistant, office management support experience in a small company

- Good communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

- Extreme attention to details; strong work ethics and professional integrity with ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be pleasant and professional in interactions

- Working proficiency with MS Office suite; Conversant with online tools/software for administrative and operations workflows
