Retail Sales Associate

Now seeking a Dynamic Retail Sales Associate! * Greet all guest by phone and walk-ins while providing excellent customer service to all customers. * Will assist in responding to customer inquiries and process customer requests, including but not limited to, update customer information, activate new accounts, cancel in-active accounts, accept payments, assist with equipment troubleshooting, billing, and up-selling of additional service packages. * Achieve and surpass sales targets; weekly and monthly sales goals. * Participate in marketing efforts to help grow business which will include gaining new business by making outbound calls, community involvement, outreach programs and promoting company brand inside and outside store location. * Responsible for completing accurate paperwork and transactions. * Assist with inventory counts, maintaining store appearance and follow the standards for the store. Full-time; 40 Hours per week Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Pays $12.00+/hourly Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of recent retail sales experience * High School Diploma or Equivalent is a must * Technical troubleshooting skills preferred Post offer background check, drug screen and verifiable high school diploma or equivalent will be required.
