Are you an Assistant Project Manager (2-5 years of experience) or a Project Manager (5+ years of experience) that has the experience of managing multiple tenant fit out/tenant improvement, and design/build projects of various size? We are currently seeking both an Assistant Project Manager and a Project Manager to join our growing team. My client works primarily in the Lehigh Valley, PA working on fast pace commercial project.
The Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager will manage fast paced, tenant fit out, tenant improvement, and design/build projects in the Lehigh Valley area.
All commercial work. Mix of office, retail, mixed use projects.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Develop & Maintain Project Budgets;
*Coordinate & Manage the Project Bid Process;
*Qualify Bidders & Issue Contracts;
*Maintain Project Schedule from Planning through Occupancy within a very aggressive time frame;
*Ensure all contract obligations are satisfied;
*Manage Project Close-Out documentation.
*Will manage between 3 to 5 projects at a time
Qualifications:
*Assistant Project Manager will have 2-5 years of relevant construction experience and a Project Manager will have 5+ years of experience.
*Need to have recent experience managing numerous commercial construction projects
*Both the APM & PM MUST have recent experience using project management and scheduling software (ProEst, MS Project, and Timberline)
*Both positions require either a degree in Construction Management or a relatable Engineering degree.
