This is a long term contract opening for a full time opening for a Pre-Marketing Evictions Coordinator in Orange, CA.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting Eviction Specialist in all aspects of Eviction Process and Procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare documents to accomplish eviction and/or cash for keys.
- Assist Eviction Specialist with assignment of properties to the eviction attorney per client criteria.
- Update and/or follow-up on all ongoing evictions and/or cash for keys.
- Enter data into servicing systems as required.
- Assist Eviction Specialist with property preservation company to insure health, safety, and code violations are addressed when necessary.
- Assist Eviction Specialist as necessary.
- Regular consistent attendance is required and could including after hour Company events.
- Acceptance of supervision.
- Ability to get along with others in the work place.
- Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ability to use excellent judgment and discretion in handling matters of evictions.
- Professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle fast paced workflow within a limited timeframe.
- Excellent computer skills
- Maintain a consistent attendance record to ensure fulfillment of essential functions
- Excellent organization skills.
- Knowledge of loan servicing, foreclosures ad bankruptcies.
- Type 50-60 wmp.
- Ability to handle a large volume of work.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one to two years legal background.
