HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

The Director, Market Development (DMD)directs the development, management and execution of the strategic sales and marketing for our East Division.

The DMD directs the development, management and execution of the strategic sales and marketing for the division including product development, promotional plans and development of people.

Monitors and assesses the progress of the division’s sales and marketing staff, providing training, coaching and development needed to ensure census and revenue growth.

Accountable for ensuring growth in revenue through census growth in the appropriate business segment that contributes to the earnings of the company.

This position supports our East Division (PA and MD).  Indiviudals must be willing to live in this territory.

Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; M.B.A. or equivalent. preferred.

Position Requirements:

Seven to ten years experience in the field of sales management marketing management; multi-business unit responsibility and previous healthcare sales required.
