Key responsibilities include:
* Providing treatment and medication administration to residents, according to health care providers' orders
* Supervising residents during self-administration of medication, following company and regulatory guidelines
* Reporting any change in residents' health and providing proper documentation to the supervisor
* Maintaining close communication with staff members

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Current Medication Technician/Aide Certification in the state of NC
* CPR Certification is a plus
* One (1) year of experience administering medication in a Memory Care/Secured Care Environment or Assisted Living
* Perfer experience supervising staff
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
