Express Employment Professionals of Littleton is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a small (but stable and growing!) financial services firm located near downtown Littleton! The Part Time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, screening phone calls to the owners of the firm, document composition as well as data entry. The position will also entail use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and some Power Point) - candidates without intermediate knowledge and experience with these programs, unfortunately, will not be considered. A candidate with excellent time management, multitasking and decision making skills are a must, as the client will need a professional who can work on a team taking direction, but also independently and able to make the best decision possible with information and training given. Candidates with entry-level Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience would be extremely helpful as this position could transition into a full time position with basic accounting duties down the road. Compensation will be commensurate with experience but will start out in the 12-16/hour range, depending on experience. Working hours for this position are Monday thru Friday, but start and end times are relatively flexible.
