Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Serve members efficiently, courteously and promptly.
- Respond to member inquiries.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- Assist with potential and new member inquiries regarding new memberships.
- Assist members with vacation plans and coordinate outside activities as requested.
- Assist with member event registration.
- Maintain detailed files.
- Assist with member functions as needed.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of members lounge throughout the day.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all members.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - required.
- Must be well organized and well spoken - required.
- Must be able to multi-task - required.
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment - required.
- Must be willing to assist in other areas of the Club and fill in when necessary - required.
- Must be able to reasonably and rationally handle guest comments and questions - required.
- College Education - required. :
- Club experience - preferred.
- Be knowledgeable about the Vail Valley and Vail Mountain - preferred.
- RPOS experience preferred - preferred.
