Colorado Mountain Express is the premier transportation operator in the state of Colorado, providing professional and reliable transportation service to mountain resort locations of Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Aspen and Snowmass. CME's service offerings include Door-to-Door and Point-to-Point airport transportation service from Denver International Airport (DEN), Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE), CME has one of the largest fleets in Colorado - 200, 15-passenger shared ride shuttle vans, 50 luxury SUV's and 6 beautiful 11-passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles.

Customer Service Agents are responsible for greeting guests and ensuring they have a pleasant and seamless transition from their flight to resort. Specifically, CME Customer Service Agents will greet and check-in guests with advance reservations, book ground transportation on a space available basis, coordinate driver activity, manage vehicle/seat inventory, and assist airlines with transporting passengers to alternative airports when weather requires flight cancellations.

Customer Service Agents must be detail oriented, have exceptional people and communication skills, computer experience, a positive attitude and enjoy working with people. Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks during busy and trying times. Training begins December 8th, 2014 with the season ending March 31st, 2015.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate the loading of guests and luggage into proper vehicles
  • Book transportation on a space available basis
  • Ensure on time departures
  • Coordinate logistics, manifesting, zoning and Drivers schedules with other CME employees
  • Provide a level of service which exceeds guest’s expectations
  • Maintain reservation integrity
  • Reconcile cash drawer, vouchers and credit card transactions
  • Coordinate driver activity and help drivers maintain a positive attitude
  • Assist with resolution of lost luggage issues
  • Maintain integrity of radio transmissions and procedures
  • Maintain counter facilities
  • Maintain good rapport with all airport personnel
  • All other tasks as requested


Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience
  • Fluency in English. Bilingual Spanish/English or Portuguese/English preferred
  • Ability to carry out all duties with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude
  • Computer Experience – knowledge of database and Internet software
  • Enjoy working with the people from around the world
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure
  • Cash/Credit Card handling experience
  • Flexibility – Ability to adapt to frequent changes
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment which occasionally requires long days
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and commissions
  • Maintain a general knowledge of CME's services, operations and the geographic areas we serve
