Operator - Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower is looking for an Operator - Assistant to work for our client in Anchorage, AK.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is the entry level position into the service operator job family.

Assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of the client's service equipment on work locations to include spotting of solids control and waste management equipment.

Assists in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification equipment, vacuum and pressure washing apparatus.

Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines, and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of high school or similar education.

Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.

The ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.

The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required.

Basic computer skills are preferred.
