Job Description

• Provide general administrative office support and data entry.
• Draft, edit and prepare professional correspondence; ensure information is communicated efficiently and timely to internal and external customers as needed.
• Organize and maintain files.
• Receive and greet visitors.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times; manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy. 

Job Requirements

• 1- 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant.
• Strong computer literacy required; Proficient with Microsoft Office, including word, excel, and outlook.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision; must also be able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand Company operations, policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure in a composed manner.
• Strong communication skills.

Pay Rate: $8.50 to $10.00/hr
