Jr. Technical Recruiter

Aerotek's client is seeking to hire a Technical Recruiter to join their team.

Some of the job duties include:

*Able to work independently to perform full-cycle recruitment functions including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
*Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
*Present career opportunities for qualified employees.
*Ability to interact and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
*Excellent organizational, time-management, customer service and presentation skills.
*Ability to handle few accounts assigned to them.

The Junior Technical Recruiter must have knowledge of technical career terminology and/or professional recruting experience. This individual will be recruiting on technical positions for the company's clients in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

Pay: 40,000-45,000

Hours: 9:00-5:00

Location: Chantilly, VA

Duration: 6 month Contract-To-Hire
