Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

A large company is looking to hire 2 machine operators to add to their growing team. This position is a full time position and we are looking for employees who want to make this job a career.

Job Responsibilities:
-Operators will be doing basic troubleshooting of their own machine
-Will take the product from the loading dock to the machine and to various areas of the plant
-Will operate sit down forklifts every day to move product
-Use a computer to enter the data and work orders that they are completing (inventory tracking system)
-Working with large bags of different varieties of raw corn, taking the raw material and making sure the right amount gets into each bag to be shipped out
-Must be able to multitask

Job Qualifications:
-Experience in an industrial environment
-Mechanical experience/Mechanical aptitude, ability to do the light mechanical troubleshooting on their own machine
**previous experience in agricultural working on farm equipment or cars
-Forklift experience
-Must have good job tenure

This company will pay for further education as it relates to the position. Employees will continuously learn new things and be challenged to apply what has been learned throughout the job. Interested candidates should have a career based mindset.
Shift: Will be working 4 days of the week on 12 hour shifts
(any 4 days between Monday - Saturday)
**what 4 days worked will change from week to week so that everyone doesn't always have to work the weekend
**.50 shift differential for 2nd shift
**During harvest, employees will work 6-7 days a week and up to 14 hours
