Job Summary

Under direct supervision of Territory Manager, assists in the execution of the Superfridge program in assigned territory, with the goal of generating compliant, billable service visits.



Job Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of overseeing the Superfridge program in participating stores within an assigned territory.
  • Monitor the reporting of scheduled visits to increase billable sales.
  • Document program issues and resolutions in company based computer system.
  • Coordinate repairs, unit movements and installations with the Logistics Department.
  • Establish relationships with field reps, field service companies, store management and other team members to execute the program.
  • Participate in training of merchandisers.
  • Phone surveys of participating stores in assigned territory.


Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • College Degree Preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years customer service and/or retail experience.
  • Grocery experience, especially with frozen or chilled items a plus.
  • Data Entry, Word, Excel, Outlook, Customer Service.

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of overseeing the Superfridge program in participating stores within an assigned territory
  • Document program issues and resolutions in Company based computer system
  • Coordinate repairs, unit movements and installations with the Logistics Department
  • Monitor the reporting of scheduled visits to increase billable sales.
  • Establish relationships with field representatives, field service companies, store management, and other team members to execute the program.
  • Participate in training merchandisers.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports

Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements:
  • Driving is an essential duty and function of this job
  • The In-Store Assistant Territory Manager must be able to drive to local stores to service Superfridge coolers on an as needed basis.


Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience



(Preferred): Associate's Degree

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail operations
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or retail


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Team building Skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines


Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
