Our client in Indianapolis IN 46241 is looking for a Technical Support Representative, Tier 1.
*** Only resumes with knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or basic electrical control will be considered. ***
The Technical Support Representative will contribute to providing the customer with the highest level of service for their Automotive System, remote system alarm, and after hours dispatch and service support.
- ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Outstanding customer service skills
strong initiative to seek answers ad serve the needs of customers
knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or basic electrical control
knowledge of Building Automotive Systems is preferred
Good working knowledge of PC operation and Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication skills
ability to work as a team and share responsibilities
Job Requirements
