Corporate accounting firm is seeking a professional communicator to handle front office reception and administrative duties during very busy tax season.
Wonderful team atmosphere.
Position is a temporary contract position beginning February 9th - April 15th, 2015.
This position will be the front line of client services for the office and will be the first impression that clients have of their experience with the firm.

Qualifications:
Work Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with some overtime required.
Pay is $12.00 per hour.
Criminal background check required.

- Answer multi-line phone system
- Assist clients with questions and inquires
- Perform general administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data Entry
- Assist office with scanning of tax documents and maintaining paperless office environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years administrative, reception or office experience required
- Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Word & Excel
- Minimum 35 wpm typing
- Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA of accounting firm helpful
- Experience with scanning equipment helpful
