Candidate will play lead role in the delivery of regulatory-based, content-driven applications. Candidate will work with Regulatory, HIM and Product teams to understand business requirements and direct business and engineering process for application development. Will work with clients to define product roadmap. Will define product QA standards for each product release. Will be in charge of day-to-day operations including definition and prioritization of product roadmap, facetime with clients, ownership and leadership during issue escalations, and distribution of all commercial applications and content updates.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Owns output at task level.

  • Work is generally limited to own function.

  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.

  • Coordinates work activities with other supervisors.

  • Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.

  • Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.

  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan.

  • Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external).

Requirements


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • 4+ years of technical product, project, or operational management experience (working collaboratively with others).

  • Business analysis experience to review and contribute specifications for our products.

  • 4+ years of experience working with commercial software (i.e. software developed for commercial sales/market). 

  • 1+ year of professional writing and professional communication experience delivering messages to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Healthcare software development experience.

  • Web-based technology knowledge (.Net, etc.).

  • Experience with SCRUM development.

  • Experience leading offshore teams.
