Primary Responsibilities:
  • Designing/developing/maintaining operation functional staff
    capacity models and tools
  • Financial analysis and reporting of staff levels to plan. 
    Provide short and long-term forecasts of work volumes and monthly staff
    levels
  • Make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide
    explanations for reporting results as needed for internal operational purposes
  • Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning 
  • Maintain and provide operational work volume, contact rate,
    & productivity reports
  • Develop
    partnership with operations management for providing production staff
    requirements and for support of their business objectives.  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business/Finance Analysis.
  • 2+ years experience designing/developing/maintaining operation functional staff capacity models and tools.
  • Previous experience maintaining and providing operational work volume, contact rate, & productivity reports.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel with the ability to run pivot tables, create diagrams, analyzing data, reporting and forecasting.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations from scratch and presentation to leadership.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Health Administration.
  • Previous Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting.
