As a key member of our fast-paced Optum Mergers & Acquisitions team, this position would put you at the forefront of a number of merger and acquisition projects, providing extensive exposure to key individuals throughout our organization and also to senior management of companies targeted for acquisition. This position will also provide an opportunity to develop global health care industry expertise across a wide variety of businesses.
We are seeking a confident, articulate professional with strong communication and analytical skills to join our team beginning immediately.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Organizing and conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets
-Key liaison to business segments, transaction advisors and acquisition targets
-Researching M&A candidates, including financial, qualitative and valuation analyses
-Preparing and analyzing financial models
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance from an accredited college/university.
Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 or above preferred
