To that end, the Family Centered Specialist role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.
IFCS is seeking a Family Centered Specialist to provide a service or treatment plan that is based on an effective assessment of clients’ needs and practical suggestions for change. This individual will participate in individual and team supervision as scheduled and build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred
• One year of related field experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (plus)
