· REM Wisconsin is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to serve as Home Manager to manage the day to day activities, budgets, and schedules of one or more homes in the Cadott, WI area. The Home Manager ensures all clients are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for the consumers, coordinating activities, and scheduling appointments. The Home Manager also manages, hires, trains, schedules staff and maintains records of both staff and consumers.

The Home Manager also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff; and coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served and maintains records.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to two years of related experience
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
