Program Director - Full-time / Part-time

SC MENTOR: Founded in 1984, South Carolina MENTOR provides home and community- based services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as youth facing emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges. South Carolina MENTOR offers an array of cost-effective residential treatment options including Therapeutic Foster Care and Host Home programs, as well as coordinating support service for children and adults throughout the state. SC MENTOR is seeking a Program Director within the Adult Services (IDD/DD) progam to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area.

Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
