New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Home Manager to manage the day to day activities, budgets and schedules for one or more homes. Home Managers ensure all consumers are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for the consumers. The Home Manager also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff; and coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served and maintains records.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with Adults with intellectual and/or development disabilities.
- CPR/First Aid certification and Medication Administration a plus but not required.
- Position located in Upper Deerfield Township, NJ
