As a Maintenance Technician your strong safety orientation and skills are critical to the smooth flow of its daily operations. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 1. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. 2. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines using schematics and operating manuals. 3. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 4. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. 5. Comply with OSHA Safety and Health regulations. 6. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess: SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC: * Requires a high school diploma/GED; * An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus; * 6+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC. Vacuum furnace experience is preferred; * Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times. You can see it. More challenging work.
