Responds to consumer inquiries and/or solves problems in both English and Spanish lanugage, Prepares a variety of reports which require investigation, verification, classification, recording and reconciliation of data, Completes paperwork on terminated accounts, Recieves service orders and fowards to appropriate department for actions, Responds to member-consumer inquiries, satisfies their complaints and, if unable to do so, refers them to the proper person. Will work 20hrs per week and must be able to be flexible with Monday-Friday schedule.
