Phone based with primary responsibilities to include outbound call campaigns that provide leads to increase MDM sales.

Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve a minimum level of daily outbound sales prospecting calls
• Research, Identify and contact the most appropriate decision maker in targeted accounts
• Explain the key value points of our services
• Qualify the prospect, set appointments and update account in CRM system
• Meet a minimum number of daily dials and conversations
• Consistently exceed lead generation monthly targets
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage prospects and opportunities
• Customize call scripts to understand customers' needs.
• Maximize potential sales opportunities with each customer.
• Capture accurate data about our customers, and notify our sales team about referrals and leads.
• Forward customer concerns to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Continuously grow your knowledge of our services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, unless there is significant work experience.
Experience:
• 2 years of heavy cold-calling/lead generation experience
• Very strong cold calling skills and enjoys hunting for new opportunities
• Ability to use web based tools for research and leads management
• Ability to quickly qualify, win over and build relationship with prospects
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Previous experience calling into managers and executives is a strong
• Able to maintain a high volume of 400 calls per week
• Professional disposition

Competencies/ Skills:Ability to work in a high performance, fast pace environment. Skills include ability to easily able grasp physical auction and online products and services. Knows how to leverage products and services in a competitive marketplace. Understanding of the retail/wholesale marketplace in an operational context to best position Manheim’s value proposition. Ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment; excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal skills that demonstrate skills in follow up. Use of salesforce.com a plus.
