About this job
Company is looking for two Maintenance Mechanics to support their facility in Forest Park, GA. The Maintenance Mechanic's main responsibilities include performing installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on all of the manufacturing machinery around the plant. They will be working on everything from gearboxes, conveyors, chains, bearings, hydraulics/pneumatics; to basic electrical troubleshooting on wiring and motors. The positions will be about 90% Mechanical and 10% Electrical, in terms of their job duties.
Daily Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot, repair, modify and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components.
*Weld, braze, solder and perform simple machine work when required.
*Install and remove machinery as needed.
*Follow preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
*Use a computer and capable of using SAP maintenance software.
*Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
*Troubleshoot basic motor and control circuits.
