About this job
1) GENERAL MANAGER SUPPORT: Duties performed include opening and sorting mail, distribute inter office mail, typing, faxing, filing, photo copying. Maintain GM calendar.
2) Issue Employee swipe cards, gate cards, employee mailboxes and lockers when needed.
3) WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION: Record incident/accident on Incident/Accident Log spreadsheet, Enter incident into system
4) General Secretarial duties such as creating and modifying documents in Microsoft Office.
5) Maintain Bulletin Board Postings. Keep required State & Federal postings updated.
6) Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of Office and Kitchen Supplies.
7) Receives and sorts incoming mail when needed.
8) Organize and plan staff meetings and luncheons.
9) Go on errands when necessary (post office, lunch for meetings, etc.)
