About this job

Essential Functions:

1.Initiate outbound calls (exceeding 100 per day) to potential customers of the client(s)'s organization, concerning client product(s) as defined by project scope of work.

2.Identify new prospects and interact with existing customers primarily by phone (with some follow-up by email) to increase sales of the client's products and services.

3.Maintain confidentiality of all customer information as well as client's business practices.

4.Utilize a prepared script courteously, professionally, and efficiently to identify potential new customers.

5.Follow standard operating procedures for all activities.

6.Resolve customer issues and questions and effectively communicate product benefits to generate interest and properly identify qualified leads.

7.Maintain thorough knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within client's programs.

8.Maintain sufficient knowledge of client's products to understand and respond to prospective customers' questions.

9.Document each call properly, using the protocol of the client.

10.Provide appropriate additional information / resources to contacts upon request.

11.Complete all appropriate training and client provided training.

12.Attend staff meetings.

13.Complete special duties or projects as assigned by the Department Head / Supervisor.
