Data Entry Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

The Data Entry Operators are responsible for taking graduation announcement orders by phone, packing and shipping the orders to students. Hours: Monday – Friday; 8am-5pm. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide extraordinary customer service skills Take orders over the telephone Enter order accurately Answer customer questions and direct calls to appropriate personnel Accurately fill orders according to the specifications on the packing slips Scan, label and ship orders using shipping carrier's computer systems Restock boxing area; maintain inventory filled Copy, fold and stuff mailers as requested All other tasks as assigned by Manager/Supervisor JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Previous Customer Service experience a must
