About this job

Responsibilities:
-To answer incoming and outgoing phone inquiries, greet and answer direct client enquiries.
-To perform office duties such as faxing, email, filing, copying .
-To schedule, book and confirm appointments.
-To receive payments.
-To maintain computer/paper files and client databases.
-To prepare accurate bank reconciliations and deposits.


Qualifications:
-High school diploma required.
-Associates Degree preferred.
-Excellent communication skills .
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an office environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Spreadsheets etc.
-Problem solving ability.
-Highly attentive to details
