Primary  Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and define business requirements to drive data
    analysis/ interpretation/application through collaboration with business and
    technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in conceptual design reviews and provide appropriate
    consulting to help ensure they satisfy the documented business requirements.
  • Identify relevant data required for marketing campaign
    segmentation and selection.
  • Identify additional data requirements and obtain as needed from
    appropriate sources.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable data security
    policies/procedures and laws and regulations (e.g., data transfer).
  • Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
  • Solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions.
  • Perform operational support tasks such as Member Impact
    investigation and Rate validation processes.


Requirements

Required
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years experience
    with SQL.
  • 3+ years experience
    with Data Usage and Discovery.


Preferred
Qualifications:



  • Data
    Analysis Experience.
  • Business
    Requirements gathering experience.
