Use analytical skills to help Optum 360 CAC Support compile and report key information from CAC Application and CRM.  Drive processes and technology improvement initiatives for the products, using standard project methodology (requirements, design, test, etc.). Use data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients. Engage users in analysis and evaluation of critical CAC Application data.  Identify dependencies and priorities.   Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products. Write documentation to assist in the development and growth of the business. The documentation can range from Process, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Knowledge Base Articles, Forms and TeEducation: Health care isn't just changing. It's growing more complex every day. ICD10 replaces ICD9. Affordable Care adds new challenges and financial constraints. Where does it all lead? Job Specifications


 



  • Directly interface with Support Services Tier1 Managers to help drive process improvements, be there right hand.

  • Identifies opportunities for improving business processes by directly working with Tier1 Analyst to understand priorities and tracking progress for incident ticket resolution.

  • Defines and documents business functions and processes. Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects

  • Performing analysis on ticket data looking for trends, driving down backlogs, and aged tickets

  • Simultaneously lead projects with varied, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management

  • Assist in developing Quality Assurance program model to enhance the delivery of services to client base and execute against the plan.

  • Ability to produce results in a highly dynamic and formative environment

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Health Admin or related field

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in customer service role or as business analyst

  • Experience creating training materials

  • Experience working for a software company

  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment

  • Experience in business/finance with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures.

  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes 

  • Experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation.

  • Knowledge of relational databases and database structures

  • SQL experience

  • Health Information Management experience

  • PERL programming experience
