Summary:
This position will be responsible for the management of overall production and efficiency of regional administrative department either personally or through subordinates:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the branch accounting and collection functions.
Coordinates human resources administrative functions.
Installs and implements system changes.
Installs and monitors customer service procedures and analyzes performance.
Evaluates office production, revises procedures or devise new forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
Evaluates performance, makes salary recommendations and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
Prepares, verifies and assimilates financial, accounting, customer and management reports.
Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 7 to 15 employees in the Consolidated Administration department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of JDE, CPW Human Resource systems; JDE Payroll systems and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint Word Processing software.
