*We are looking for people with SAP experience and people with customer service/call center background who can handle a very fast paced environment and are able to multi-task.
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. They are expected to manage orders throughout each day by working with Planners, Demand Management, and the distribution centers to make sure orders ship per customer requirements. This position is critical to the growth of business and the individual filling this role must go above and beyond to help differentiate our client from its competition.
Tasks andResponsibilities:
-Prepare orders for customers daily while answering requests via the telephone and email.
-SAP Applications - Understand SAP's advanced features and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
-Look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
-Drive initiation and follow through to implementation.
Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5 PM
PAY - 15.75/hr
Qualified candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
