Aerotek Automotive is currently screening candidates for one of our better clients in Southern Indiana. We are looking for an expeirenced Industrial or Process Engineer that has an Automotive background. This person will be spending the majority of their time on the plant floor but will also being doing some plant floor layout design. This person will work with the existing processes and determine how to make them more efficient. The new hire will also be responsible for setting up new processes and ensuring that they are running smoothly and performing at the optimum level. This person will also be responsible for creating work instructions throughout the plant to ensure conformity throughout different shifts.
This particular client is a union facility but is not your typical union. This person must posess the ability to work independently with limited supervision and have a motivational drive to set them apart from the rest of the pack.
