Are you a Superintendent that has experience managing and overseeing Commercial/ tenant fit out, and design/ build projects of various sizes? Are you looking to join on of the fastest-growing commercial contractors in the region?

We are currently seeking a Superintendent to oversee a fast pace/ deadline driven Commercial/ tenant fitout, and design/ build projects.
The majority of our project are in the Lehigh Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Work with scheduling, documents, complete field reports, handle safety aspects onsite.
- Manage and multiple subcontractors. Will manage as many as 10-15 subs and as little as 2-5 subs on different projects
- Will have tremendous amount of interface with client and subcontractors.
- Will have to interact with President with daily updates on projects/progression.
- Work with scheduling, documents, complete field reports, handle safety aspects on site. Will manage and lead a crew.
- Will use project management and scheduling software
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on Commercial construction projects. Would ideally like someone that came up through the trades
- Needs to have excellent organization skills, effective communication and leadership skills, and thorough knowledge of current commercial construction practices.
- Needs to have recent experience using project management and scheduling software (we use MS Project, Timberline, and Pro Est)
- Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
