Title: Bilingual Call Center Rep

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Email, fax and mail contract for residential and commercial accounts
  • Submit rate changes and reimbursements on an excel spreadsheet
  • Enroll, cancel, and update customers accounts with our program
  • Support sales reps in opening new accounts and upgrading service on existing customers
  • Quickly and effectively solve customer service related issues
  • Maintain quality control/customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customers accounts utilizing an excel spread sheet

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Prior call center or customer service experience
  • Looking for someone with analytical skills to identify/solve problems
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9-6
