About this job
Candidates will be responsible for hourly employees in the manufacture of quality product at min. cost to meet production schedules.
Qualifications: Must haves:2-3 years of supervision experience (20+)
2 year technical degree
Experience with scrap using quality control programs and process documentation Performance Expectations: Will be expected to meet productivity goals.
Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with production teams.
Train new employees and demonstrate operation of equipment Additional Information: Hours:
2:30pm - 11:30pm (M-F)
1.5 pay for anything over 45 hours
