Inside Sales Representative
Client is expanding and seeking an Inside Sales rep to join them and be trained to take over a sales territory.
Client sells industrial tools to the manufacturing, metal working industries.
This position will start be an inside sales position with some travel within the Tri-State after their training period is completed.
Client would like to train someone with ideally a Technical or Engineering background, who is comfortable interacting with customers on service needs, problem solving and open to learning how to sell. Previous sales experience is not critical, although someone who has an interest and curious nature for learning about their clients' business is important.
Initial pay would be $14 to $15/hr, with opportunity for bonus after the training period is over. This is a temp to hire position, with good benefits when hired on. Company is the US operation for a Japanese firm. Japanese language is not a requirement for success.
Year one compensation potential is expected to be between $30-35,000.
Location is Erlanger area within Northern Kentucky.
