Pennsylvania MENTOR has an exciting opportunity for a House Manager to manage the day to day activities, budgets and schedules for three adult group homes in the Wilkes-Barre and Drums area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all consumers are properly managed and cared for.
• Implement programs and services for the consumers.
• Manages, hires, trains and schedules staff.
• Coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served.
• Maintains records.


Qualifications Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years’ experience managing group homes preferred, but experience working in direct care with IDD population will be considered.
  • Medication training and certification preferred.
  • CPR/First aid.
