Key responsibilities include:
* Regulating and maintaining the MDS/PPS program and completion schedule
* Developing and coordinating appropriate nursing care plan from MDS/RUG category
* Analyzing assessment data independently for complex patient problems and identifying early subtle changes that formulate RUG categories and effect patient care
* Evaluating effectiveness of nursing care plans and updating MDS/RAI process within completion guidelines

We seek the following qualifications:
* Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
* Current Registered Nursing Licensure in the state of AZ
* Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care community, or other related healthcare facility
* Minimum of six (6) months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
* Knowledge of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
