Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking individuals for Customer Service Agent opportunities. This is an open ended contract opportunity with a large company in St Paul. This role will be responsible for servicing internal and external customers, and researching errors in the system. This can include; obtaining approvals, processing credits/re-bills, and handling disputes.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional customer service experience
- 1+ years of credits/re-bills experience
- 1+ years of professional data entry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong and professional communication skills
Preferred:
- SAP experience
