This opportunity is with a manufacturing company working in the business development department. This individual will be supporting the executive assistant to the V.P. of Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for:
* Organizes office functions and meetings
* Administrative Support
* Answering Telephones
* Data Entry
* Filing and recording procedures
* Meeting preparation
* Ordering Supplies
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 Years of professional administrative experience
- High proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
- Proficient with data entry - 60 words per minute
