You will need to have a strong background in collections with an emphasis on customer service. It’s also important to understand the Sales  Manage Proficiencies, Develop Relationships, and great Verbal Communication and Strong Leadership is Key. Works in conjunction with the sales and accounts teams to increase performance through proper execution of Aaron’s and position competencies.   Reporting Reports directly to the Divisional Director   Primary Responsibilities        Weekly collection of wrote-off accounts   Maintain updated accurate customer information Other tasks as assigned by Divisional Director Position requires Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills Strong telephone etiquette and skills Good organizational skills Professional appearance   Pre-employment Physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing.   *Aaron's is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
