We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make an impact within our successful professional service firm. We have an immediate opening in our NORFOLK VA office for an Administrative Assistant to play a key role within our administrative support team where customer service is of great importance. In this role, you will work with engineers and technicians; preparing and assembling project manuals, reports, memos and meeting minutes. The Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in compilation of technical documents and their distribution. Provide technical writing support for engineers. Collect and maintain files of project related documentation necessary to sustain project progress. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets Having involvement in working on special projects Collaborate with a strong support team with shared responsibility for front desk, to include answering phones and greeting customers, as needed.
