We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make an impact within our successful professional service firm. We have an immediate opening in our Boston, MA office for an Administrative Assistant to play a key role within our administrative support team where customer service is of great importance. In this role, you will work with engineers and technicians; preparing and assembling project manuals, reports, memos and meeting minutes. The Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in compilation of technical documents and th
eir distribution.
Provide technical writing support for engineers.
Collect and maintain files of project related documentation necessary to sustain project progress.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Having involvement in working on special projects
Collaborate with a strong support team with shared responsibility for front desk, to include answering phones and greeting customers, as needed.

Minimum Specific Requirements include:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 - 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably with an Architectural/Engineering or legal firm
Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality
Must be a creative problem-solver, unafraid to evaluate and adjust existing procedures
Must be a self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to prioritize, meet and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
